What You'll Be Responsible For
- Lead, supervise and support the Accounting Team.
- Understand team members' strengths and areas for improvement, then provide appropriate guidance.
- Ensure the team follows SOPs and required work standards.
- Monitor work progress and ensure clients receive reports on time.

What You'll Do
- Assist in preparing full set accounts and maintaining accounting records.
- Perform data entry, bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.
- Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Liaise with clients to obtain accounting documents and information.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of clients' accounting records.
- Support Account Executives / Supervisors in completing accounting assignments.
- Perform other accounting-related duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has minimum 1 year of accounting experience, preferably in an accounting firm.
- Has basic knowledge of full set accounts, AP, AR and GL.
- Is familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Can communicate with clients and work within deadlines.
- Is responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn.

What You'll Do
- Prepare and review tax computations and returns for individuals, partnerships and companies.
- Manage assigned tax portfolios and ensure submissions are accurate and timely.
- Handle CP204, CP204A and other tax compliance matters.
- Liaise with clients to obtain information and documents for tax filings.
- Handle client tax enquiries and liaise with LHDN when required.
- Monitor tax deadlines, tax positions, refunds and outstanding tax matters.
- Review and support junior team members when required.
- Assist clients with tax compliance matters and identify relevant tax planning considerations.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has minimum 3 years of relevant tax experience, preferably in a tax/accounting firm.
- Has good knowledge of Malaysian income tax and compliance requirements.
- Has experience preparing individual and corporate tax computations and returns.
- Is familiar with Form B, BE, P, C, E, CP204 and relevant submissions.
- Can manage multiple client portfolios and statutory deadlines independently.
- Has strong communication, problem-solving and client management skills.
- Is responsible, detail-oriented and able to guide junior team members.
LOVE CONTENT, VIDEO & SOCIAL MEDIA?
We're looking for a Marketing Assistant (Content & Social Media) who enjoys turning ideas into content people actually want to stop, watch and read. The core of this role is content creation + video editing + social media.

This is not a traditional marketing admin role. You'll be actively involved in content, social media, short-form videos, campaigns and company activities.

It's an advantage, not a compulsory main duty. Additional allowance will be provided for on-camera content.
What You'll Do
- Plan and create content for HBA's social media platforms.
- Edit short-form videos, Reels and other marketing content.
- Design simple social media visuals, posters and promotional materials.
- Brainstorm content ideas, hooks and campaigns based on current trends.
- Assist in managing and updating social media accounts.
- Support marketing campaigns, recruitment marketing and employer branding.
- Support company events, workshops, exhibitions and other marketing activities.
- Coordinate photos, videos and marketing materials when required.
- Monitor basic content and campaign performance.
- Assist with other Marketing activities, both online and offline.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Is interested in social media, content creation and digital marketing.
- Has basic Canva, CapCut or related editing skills.
- Can create and edit short-form videos and social content.
- Is creative, aware of social media trends and able to contribute ideas.
- Has good communication and organisational skills.
- Is willing to learn and support different marketing activities.
- Can work independently as well as with a team.
- Has a portfolio, previous content, video, design or school projects as an advantage.

- Follow up on company-provided leads and respond to enquiries promptly.
- Understand clients' business needs and recommend suitable Accounting, Tax, Company Secretarial and Compliance services.
- Conduct initial consultations and explain HBA's services.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on proposals and service confirmations.
- Guide new clients through service engagement and onboarding.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Coordinate with Accounting, Tax and Company Secretarial teams.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM / internal systems.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and payment status when required.
- Invite prospects and clients to HBA events, workshops and seminars.
- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is comfortable communicating via phone, WhatsApp and face-to-face meetings.
- Has Sales or customer service experience as an advantage.
- Can understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Is target-driven, proactive and confident in following up.
- Has good relationship-building and follow-up skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting, tax or business services is an advantage. Training will be provided.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales interest may also apply.
